At TrendVault, we ship worldwide with a focus on Lebanon and the Middle East. Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
Estimated delivery times:
Lebanon: 7-15 business days
Middle East: 10-20 business days
Europe & USA: 10-25 business days
Rest of World: 15-30 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on customs processing in your country. Lebanon customs may apply duties on orders over $100 USD (5-30% duty rate + 11% VAT).

Cash on Delivery (COD)
For our customers in Lebanon and select Middle Eastern countries, we offer Cash on Delivery. Pay when your order arrives at your doorstep — no online payment needed!
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package at any time through our website or directly through the carrier's tracking page.
Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase! If you're not satisfied, here's our return policy:
- You have 14 days from delivery to request a return
- - Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them
- - Contact us at support@trendvault.store to initiate a return
- - Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item
- - Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective
Damaged or Defective Items
Received a damaged or wrong item? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
